As the creator and owner of Barberama, Dean is a highly experienced barber with a deep passion for the craft. With NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications and years of advanced training, he specialises in sharp fades, classic cuts and modern men’s styles.

 

Dean’s work has been featured in industry magazines and barbering events, and his talent has been recognised as a HBA Barber of the Year finalist 2025and Salon Awards Men’s Stylist of the Year finalist 2025. A true craftsman, Dean brings creativity, precision and high standards to every cut.

 

Jesse

Jesse

Jesse is the youngest member of the Barberama team, starting his barbering journey at just 14. Now NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualified, he’s quickly built a reputation for clean trims, strong fades and a great vibe in the chair.

 

His passion and potential have earned him a Top 10 finalist spot for HBA Apprentice of the Year, as well as recognition as a HBA Rising Star 2026 and HBA Future Talent finalist 2026. Always learning, always improving — Jesse is one to watch.

 

Lucy

Lucy

With 25+ years in the hair industry and over two decades behind the chair, Lucy brings experience, consistency and confidence to Barberama. Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing and certified in barbering, she delivers everything from sharp fades to classic cuts.

 

Known for her steady hand and friendly approach, Lucy makes every client feel comfortable and well looked after — with a bit of competitive dartboard energy thrown in.

 

Aaron

Aaron

Aaron is a Level 2 & Level 3 qualified barber with a strong focus on clean cuts, sharp fades and tailored styles. With a calm, professional approach and great attention to detail, he makes sure every client leaves feeling confident.

 

His commitment to the craft has earned him recognition as a finalist for HBA Barber of the Year 2026, placing him among some of the best barbers in the industry. Outside the shop, Aaron is into tattoos and motorbikes, appreciating creativity and precision in all forms.

Ben is a Level 3 qualified barber with 8 years of experience, specialising in clean fades and detailed beard work. Known for his fast pace, precision and friendly personality, he keeps the atmosphere relaxed while delivering top-tier results.

 

A fitness enthusiast with strong attention to detail, Ben has also been recognised as a finalist for HBA Barber of the Year 2026, cementing his reputation as a skilled and reliable barber.
